Elderberry Gummies

I am sooo behind on posts and updating about my year. But, since I have a few minutes and have already done most of the work, I figured I would take some time to post what we made today.

They were super easy and quick!

Here’s our inspiration:

We kind of adjusted the recipe a bit.

1 cup Tart Cherry Juice

1/2 cup Elderberry Syrup

6 packets of Knox gelatin

No honey (probably would have tasted a little better with the honey)

This filled roughly 3 molds.

I also managed to make a cough/throat remedy.

Sore throat remedy: Lemon and raw honey; let sit in refrigerator until lemon and rind break down into marmalade like mixture. Put in cup and add hot water. Drink & feel better.
