Energy Bites

Here’s the recipe I use when making Energy Bites

Energy Bites No Bake

Base Ingredients

1 cup Rolled Oats

1/2 cup Peanut Butter, or other nut/seed butter

1/3 cup Raw Honey, or Agave, or Maple Syrup

1/4 cup Ground Flaxseeds, or Hemp Seeds

Add Ins optional – Mix Things Up!

1/2 cup Chocolate Chips, or cacao nibs

1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds

1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil

1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon Powder

1/3 cup Dried Cranberries, or Raisins

1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

1/2 – 1 cup Sunflower Seeds, Pumpkin Seeds
1/2 cup Shredded Coconut

1 Tablespoon Cacao or Cocoa Powder

 Makes 2 dozen. 10-20 min prep time. No Bake time


1. Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Make sure everything is distributed evenly.

2. Scoop into balls using cookie scoop or tablespoon.

3. Roll into smooth balls.

4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to harden.

5. Store in fridge or freezer in storage bags or container.
